We eliminated and or terminated our contracts with policies that require third party admin (TPA), authorizations, certifications or both starting June 1st 2026.
We feel that the process does not add value to patient care, its costly, time wasting, burdensome and undermine provision of patient care.
We are happy to treat you at NPT, we will have to give you the bills which you will be required to directly submit to your insurance for your reimbursement. Using your HSA account should make this easier. CHECK YOUR POLICY ALSO.

On the back of your card, ask the representative to tell you about your coverage for PT services. Ask for your co-pay costs, Cost share and or Deductibles. You can also find information on your member’s site online.
Call the member service number, usually an 800 number. Write down the information and ask for a reference number for the call

- Your Insurance card
- Name and the address associated with the insurance.
- Your data; date of birth, ID number on card.
