Can I choose my Physical Therapy Provider?

You have the right to request your physical therapy provider of choice from your referring physician. Northwood Physical Therapy will provide personal attention and will take the time to get to know you, in order to provide the best treatment plan.

Do I require a referral from a physician?

Some insurance companies may require authorization of a primary care physician or another referring physician before they will provide coverage for our services. We highly recommend referrals, however we won’t deny service without them.

What if my insurance is not listed on your page?

Upon registering, just provide us with your insurance information and/or responsible billing party information.

What if I do not have insurance?

Our friendly patient representatives will be happy to speak with you regarding other options.
